# Snowflake Data Dictionary

Verato’s Snowflake Data Dictionary organizes the core view sets customers use to understand, audit, and operate Verato identity resolution within Snowflake. It covers how source records are linked to unified identities (current and historical crosswalks), what identity events occurred and when (notifications), and the curated identity attributes available for analysis (demographics). It also includes operational workflow tracking (tasks), identity grouping and classification insights (consumer data), quality and linkage rollups (analytics summaries), enhanced attributes to enrich customer profiles (enrich), and pipeline health and processing visibility (monitoring).

### Crosswalk (Current & Historical)

The Crosswalk views provide visibility into how Verato links customer source records to unified Verato identities using LINK_ID. Current views show the latest, active linkage for each source record, while historical views capture how those linkages have changed over time. Together, they enable customers to perform system “true-ups,” audit identity changes, and track linkage evolution.

### Notifications

Notification views provide an audit trail of identity events such as new record creation, overlays, merges, and link assignment changes. These views capture when changes occurred, which records were impacted, and the nature of the update. They are designed to support transparency, governance, and operational monitoring of identity resolution activity.

### Demographics

Demographics views provide Verato’s curated identity attributes for records defined by SOURCE and NATIVE_ID, including names, addresses, contact details, identifiers, and extended attributes. Depending on the view, customers can access either a current snapshot or historical changes at the attribute level. These views form the foundational identity layer used for matching, enrichment, and downstream analytics.
